Places of Interest: Elysium

The Elysium
The Sovereign Convention Center in the heart of New Babylon Business district is where the prince holds court. The Council holds office and those that dare stalk the halls where politics and gossip reign. In mortal eyes the Convention Center is a popular place to conduct business. But the vast majority of it is restricted to Kindred only "Staff" and "offices".






The Fourth floor supports a variety of common areas, meeting rooms, a lounge with basic stocks, and a library.
The Fifth floor is the great library, security and Ghouls quarters
The Sixth floor of the Convention Center is Invictus HQ acceptable only to members of the Covenant.
The Seventh floor are the Council Chambers and offices of Primogen, Seneschal and Elysium Master.
The Eighth floor is reserved for the Prince.

The rest are where Mortals are allowed. Hunting in the Elysium is prohibited.
