These are the house rules for New Babylon. It is mandatory to read before Character creation!

*Sorry but due to Operating system issues we can only except sheets using the following Online Sheet Thank you for your effort. We appreciate it.

This is a 18+ game. We will not accept any players below this age.

*Rule No. 1: ST have the final call, it is our job to make sure things remain balanced, fair and realistic.

* Character Creations Slots. Players will be given 2 slots For Experience Points (XP) that can be spent at creation or saved. Players choose which character will receive what slot of extra Experience Points. Slots are 75 XP points and 50 XP.

*Any Characters made after the first two will be give a starting of 25 XP points.

*Currently only accepting Changelings and Mage. Humans are negotiable but remember to fit in with the story they will need to fit in with one or both games. This usually means tied into a preexisting character. So it is better if you do not choose one for your first Character and get to know the players.

*Mortals are restricted to ST approval only.

*Wyrd begins at 1 naturally. You may sacrifice a point of Clarity to up your Wyrd. You may only do this twice (So the starting Clarity is either 6 or 5). Please not that the degeneration of the characters Clarity must be made clear in the Biography. If you wish to increase your Wyrd beyond 3 you will need to spend XP on it. (Please not that dropping your Wyrd when the game begins is subject to the rules of the game).

*Speak to an ST about the Hollow/Workshop/Haven Merit, we have simplified if for this game.

*There will be 10 dots of Merits instead of 7 in Character Creation

*Psychics will start the game with +3 dots to spend on Psychic Merits only. This is above the normal 10 dots (House rule) of Merits in character creation.

*Psychics will be able to spend XP in game to by Psychic and Thaumaturgical Merits.

*The Believers rules in the Psychic game will be treated with Coincidental and Vulgar magic. If you cast a power that is deemed coincidental (know one will know anything is being cast) then there will be no dice pool negatives nor bonus's based on believers. The Believers rule will only come into play if the power is blatantly Vulgar (Vulgar is when it is obvious to what you are casting and normal mundanes see it for what it is).

*ST's have final say on Augmentation, anything taken needs to be approved. A character can not start the game with more then Wired Reflexes Lvl2. Please read the Augmentation section carefully. Any type can get Augmentation but there are heavy flaws involved that will be enforced.

*No Min Maxing

*All Weapons purchased in game and in character creation needs to be approved by an ST.

*Old characters are welcome as long as they are written up to this channels specifications (as in written as new characters).

*Biographies – be prepared to explain and make them detailed.

*No Character will be approved below legal age. No Child Characters. 17 years old will be pushing it for us, for personal and legal reasons. STs reserve the right to say no to a character concept that we feel wont fit this game.

*Lastly remember All ST’s are evil so if you don’t want to play it don’t add it to your character, we will use everything. Enjoy.
